Lots of recipes are kept in Vologodchina, in Spaso-Prilutsky Monastery. It was there that presenter Igor Vukolov learnt features of monastery cuisine. Together with novice Alexy he cooked lentil and pumpkin porridge, roast pike with potato, vegetable caviar and pumpkin compote.
