Many Black Sea dishes consist entirely of delicacies. RTG TV presenter Igor Vukolov goes to the town of Bolshoi Utrish, not far from Anapa, and learns the secrets of preparing dishes from the gifts of the sea. He even caught several of the goods himself! On the menu: mussel plov, whelk in wine sauce, and fried mullet.
