The Russian-style complex is located close to the walls of the ancient Novgorod Kremlin. Irina Savelyeva, the restaurant’s experienced chef, shared the secret of how to make the delicious stewed kidneys in a homemade rye bread bowl. Olga also had the chance to stroll around Vitoslavlitsy, the city’s open-air Museum of Wooden Architecture located nearby and check out its collection of old irons.
