Krasin Icebreaker

Name of this icebreaker spread all over the world in 1928. Krasin went through ices of the Arctic Ocean to rescue the expedition of famous Italian General Umberto Nobile whose airship crashed near Svalbard shores. Krasin was the only one vessel that succeeded in finding lost expedition, though 21 international ships and 8 airplanes launched sea and air rescue campaign. Presenter Alexander Uvarov visited board of the famous icebreaker and learnt history of Krasin full of dangers and adventures, as well as it contemporary life.
