Intermuseum International Festival

Every summer for a few days, almost 10,000 square metres of exhibition space at Moscow’s Central House of Artists are dedicated to the Intermuseum Festival – the most important forum for museum-workers in Russia. People from Russia and abroad come to the city in order to share their experiences and tell about their collections and the achievements and direction of museum affairs. The forum is open to a wide variety of visitors including both children and adults, who have the opportunity to take part in interactive programmes, watch both musical and theatrical performances and see pieces from more than 200 museum collections - all under one roof!
